Temperament & Personality
Max has been retired for many years now. He just turned 10 years old this December, 2024. He is living here at Tamarack Lake with us, enjoying his life of leisure. He continues to run and play hard just like when he was a puppy, but he also loves to take long naps on our bed when play time is over. Max is the All-American Boy. He adores people and knows how to ask for just enough loving to get his fix, but isn’t so demanding that he feels like a toddler on your leg.
Why He Was in the Program
Max is a great dog. He is that great balance of playful, loving energy, and loves sleeping at our feet. He produced some great pups, giving us Ruby. His pups are some of the most loved from our program.

We’ve completed health testing and Max is clear, providing his puppies with a wonderful, healthy start to their life genetically.
